Swiss authorities already knew this attacker had serious mental health issues, but failed to stop him from boarding public transit and killing six innocent people. The system identified the threat, did nothing to prevent it and now refuses to release his identity. This tragedy exposes a broken system that creates dangerous individuals and allows them to become weapons against the public.
