The Spin

The latest financial pledges from NATO countries iscommunicate a clear message to Russian President Vladimir Putin that allies remain as committed as ever to protecting Ukraine. These measures will continue to put pressure on Putin and ensure that 2026 is the year that the his illegal invasion of Ukraine ends.

Multi-billion dollar weapons packages will make little difference in the outcome of the war. What we're witnessing is a geopolitical ponzi scheme to benefit those aligned with the military-industrial complex. War is a lucrative racket.

Metaculus Prediction

There's a 10% chance that Ukraine will join the EU before 2030, according to the Metaculus prediction community.
