President Trump announced on Friday that nine pharmaceutical companies agreed to reduce certain U.S. drug prices to levels comparable with prices in other wealthy countries. The companies include Amgen, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myers Squibb, Genentech, Gilead, GSK, Merck, Novartis and Sanofi.
