The so-called Dosimetry Bill is a complete fraud that changes nothing for January 8 defendants while legitimizing Supreme Court abuses. The bill maintains all convictions, doesn't reduce sentences, doesn't guarantee releases and simply hands power back to the same court that committed the violations in the first place. Congress is abandoning its own base and officially rubber-stamping judicial persecution with this sham legislation.
