The Spin

AThis is the right decision after a Christian student, who was clearly failed for expressing widely held biblical views on gender in a psychology essay, provingexposed once again that conservative students face discrimination from biased professors who punish religious beliefs rather than grading academic work fairly. The instructor's own transgender identity created a clear conflict of interest that resulted in religious persecution.

AThis student failed an assignment because she refused to engage with the assigned reading and instead submitted a religiously-based rant calling gender diversity "demonic" without providing any empirical evidence. Conservative activists weaponized this legitimate academic failure to attack a trans instructor and manufacture another fake persecution narrative. Now, a graduate student's career is on the line for the sin of grading a paper objectively.
