Trump Skips G20 Summit, Says South Africa Shouldn't Be Member

The Spin

Trump's boycott of the G20 summit exposes South Africa's dangerous drift toward authoritarianism and anti-Western alignment. The country's cozy relationships with Russia and China through BRICS, combined with discriminatory land policies and tolerance for anti-white rhetoric, disqualify it from representing major economies on the world stage.

South Africa deserves strong American support as a strategic partner with massive economic potential and unique diplomatic value. With 600 US companies employing 250,000 South Africans and major investments from Walmart and Microsoft, abandoning this relationship would harm American interests and ignore South Africa's role as an honest peace broker.
