Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.improvethenews.org/story/2025/conservative-influencer-charlie-kirk-shot-killed-at-university-campus-event">was fatally shot Sept. 10</a> while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah during the first stop of his American Comeback Tour that invited college students to debate political topics.
