The Spin

The measures enacted by Transport Minister Thomas Danielsen are a necessity given the arrival of EU delegates later this week and the summit on Thursday. To allow Danish authorities to dedicate their full focus to countering suspicious drone activity, civilian drone flights must be grounded until after the meeting to prevent any potentially dangerous distractions.

The anti-drone hysteria displayed by Denmark and its EU partners is demonstrative of their open aggression toward Russia. Despite openly not having a shred of evidence to suggest Moscow was behind the recent drone activity, EU member states are taking the most belligerent and extreme stances, as evidenced by their drone wall initiative last week.
