The Spin

Bondi dangerously misunderstands the Constitution she swore to defend. Her promise to "target" Americans for "hate speech" reveals shocking constitutional ignorance — there is no hate speech exception to the First Amendment. Her threat to prosecute subjectively offensive speech transforms the Justice Department into Thought Police.

Pam Bondi is right to draw the line where the law already does: speech that fuels imminent violence is not free speech, it’s a crime. Her stance defends the First Amendment while refusing to let radicals hide behind it as they incite bloodshed. She isn’t silencing opinion but protecting lives, order, and America’s democratic stability.
