It's unfathomable that the court is allowing the administration to withhold funds that have already been allocated by Congress while also ruling that only the legislative branch can sue the executive branch. Aside from this poor interpretation of the constitution, the court is rubber stamping Trump's decision to literally allow illness and death to proliferate across the globe.
