The proposed agreement rewards Azerbaijani aggression while forcing Armenia into dangerous territorial concessions that compromise its sovereignty and security. Any peace deal that normalizes the ethnic cleansing of 150,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh and fails to address the return of displaced populations, release of hostages, and protection of Christian holy sites cannot be considered genuine peace.
