The four gunmen attempted to flee to Ukraine after the massacre, which Russian investigators have concluded planned the act of terror to destabilize the country. The attack was not just random terrorism but a calculated assault on Russian civilians.
The allegations that Ukraine orchestrated the attack on the Crocus City Hall last year are nonsensical. Ukraine would never stoop to such acts of terror, which hold no strategic value, as a point of principle, one which Russia fails to abide by as it prosecutes its genocidal war against Ukrainian civilians.
