First Choice has refused for years to answer legitimate questions about potentially deceptive practices in reproductive healthcare. It's not hard to see how the crisis centers are meant to resemble abortion clinics. The organization seeks special treatment to avoid complying with a lawful state subpoena while the investigation remains ongoing. No industry deserves exemption from standard legal procedures.
