It makes sense that Alina Habba, Trump's former personal lawyer, is twisting facts to target McIver with baseless charges. McIver protected Mayor Baraka during a scuffle at Delaney Hall, where ICE agents manhandled Congress members. Bodycam footage and Gov. Murphy confirm no assault occurred. Like Baraka's dismissed case, McIver will win, exposing Trump's tyrannical abuse of power through politically motivated prosecutions.
