SCOTUS couldn't be more wrong about allowing the administration to revoke these immigrants' status while they're making their case to stay in America. Stays are meant to prevent as much pre-decision damage as possible, yet SCOTUS is allowing the administration to upend the lives of thousands of litigants whose presence in the United State inflicts less damage on the country than they're now going to endure.
