While no group has claimed responsibility for the attack and further details are unknown at this stage, it came a day after Syrian security forces launched an operation against multiple ISIS cells in Aleppo on Saturday. Four ISIS fighters were arrested while three, alongside a security official, were killed in the operation, Syria's Interior Ministry said.
