Substack outlets Racket News and The Disinformation Chronicle have claimed that leaked internal documents from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) show "kill Musk's Twitter" to be an annual priority for the UK organization within monthly agenda notes.
Posting excerpts in a thread on X, co-author Paul Thacker alleges that the CCDH also held the goal of "trigger[ing] EU and UK regulatory action" despite being a tax-exempt non-profit. This has received over 30M views, and has been reposted by Elon Musk alongside the caption "this is war."
