Unlike the Democrats, Republicans believe in enforcing the laws on the books — not assuming that the existence of laws is enough to stop people from voting illegally. But it appears the legitimacy of the upcoming election will be hanging by a thread because of the inaction of the Biden administration and Justice Department, and these types of rulings by activist judges.
