San Francisco apologizes to Black residents for decades of racist policies

In a statement released Thursday, the pro-Palestine Uncommitted National Movement said it can't endorse Democratic VP Kamala Harris, but it's also against Republican former Pres. Donald Trump winning the presidency because of his "plans to accelerate the killing in Gaza."
The group cited Harris' "unwillingness to shift on unconditional weapons policy" or support "upholding existing US and international human rights law" as reasons it can't endorse her. It also said Harris didn't respond to its request to meet with Palestinian-American families who've been affected by the conflict.
Uncommitted, which was founded in the key swing state of Michigan, also warned against voting for a third-party candidate, which its leaders said would help Trump win the swing states.
