Ukrainian Pres. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Tuesday that he plans to present US Pres. Joe Biden with a "victory plan" next month, adding: "The success of this plan depends on him, whether they will give us what is in this plan or not."
Zelenskyy added that it would also be presented to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, stating that the first stage of the plan is Ukraine's Kursk offensive.
The Kursk offensive was instrumental in stopping Russia's plans to occupy the Kharkiv region, as well as possible incursions into Sumy and Chernihiv. This was part of a wider plan to achieve victory for Ukraine by paving the way for peace talks.
Russia is incrementally pushing back Ukraine's assault into Kursk and are eliminating the troops and equipment taking part. There can no longer be any prospect of peace talks while Ukraine's actions in Russia are ongoing.
