The Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, announced on Tuesday that Britpop band Oasis will reunite for a tour next summer, with confirmed dates in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin. Tickets go on sale on Saturday with a presale on Friday.
According to an official statement, these will be their only shows in Europe next year. 3This comes as Liam and Noel parted ways in the wake of a reported fight backstage before playing the Rock in Seine festival in Paris on Aug. 28, 2009, and have been estranged ever since.
The long-dreamed-of Oasis reunion has finally been announced after years of a funny — and frustrating — brotherly feud that amplified their legend, as their songs stood the test of time and the Gallaghers proved to be great artists in their solo careers.
