Right-wing restriction activist Tommy Robinson was arrested in London Sunday for not complying with schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act, which allows police to stop and search people. He was initially charged with illegally featuring a prohibited documentary during a rally.
The documentary, called Silenced, is about a 2021 defamation lawsuit between Robinson and a Syrian refugee named Jamal Hijazi, whom Robinson was found to have falsely accused of attacking school girls in 2021. He had to pay Hijazi £100k and ordered not to make the documentary.
