The prosecution and defense in the alleged illegal gun possession trial of Hunter Biden, US Pres. Joe Biden's son, provided closing arguments to the jury Monday. In attendance were First Lady Jill Biden, Hunter's wife Melissa Cohen-Biden, and Hunter's sister Ashley Biden.
Hunter is charged with lying about being addicted to drugs on a federal firearm form when purchasing a gun in 2018. While the prosecution has shown examples of Hunter's past drug use, the defense on Monday argued that past behavior doesn't mean it occurred at the time of the purchase.
