The Spin

This is a huge victory for the people of Arizona, who are broadly opposed to such a draconian measure. The conservative Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade unleashedrevived chaos, as a Civil War-era law wasthat revivedbecame as part of theirthe right's anti-woman crusade., Thebut zealthese withefforts whichare the far-right insists on forcing their backwards views on women is backfiring,. asEven even pro-life voters voiceare voicing their displeasure with such inhumane measures.

TheIt's fact of the matter is that life begins at conception, and it is disturbing that two Republicans wouldabandoned abandontheir theparty pro-lifeto fundamentalsconcede ofto the partyleft toand concedeoppose toa thepro-life leftbill. Arizona hadhas some of the strongest protections in the country for the unborn, withand theirthe Supremebacking Courtof affirming that the law could still be enforcedcourts. It's is sad thatthere wewas had more moral clarity in 1864 than 2024.
