Li Keqiang

Li Keqiang (1955–2023) was Premier of China from 2013 to 2023 under President Xi Jinping. He oversaw economic policy during a period of slowing growth and supported expanded trade, investment and infrastructure cooperation with Africa under the Belt and Road Initiative.
