Leslie Voltaire

Leslie Voltaire is a Haitian architect, urban planner, and politician who served as interim president of Haiti's Presidential Transitional Council from April to October 2024. He previously held ministerial positions under President Jean-Bertrand Aristide and has been involved in Haiti's reconstruction efforts following the 2010 earthquake.
