Balendra Shah

Balendra Shah, known as Balen, is a Nepalese structural engineer, rapper, and politician who became the Mayor of Kathmandu in 2022 as an independent candidate. He is known for his anti-corruption stance and efforts to modernize Kathmandu's infrastructure and urban management.
