Alex Kohut

Alex Kohut is a Canadian public opinion research and political communications professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of spark*insights at Spark Advocacy. With a Master’s degree in Political Management from Carleton University, he has extensive experience in Canadian politics, including over six years in the Office of the Prime Minister, where he oversaw public opinion and advertising projects. Kohut has also managed overnight polling for the Liberal Party of Canada during the 2019 and 2021 elections and worked as a campaign manager, polling consultant, and digital communications specialist. He was named to the Hill Times' list of the 100 most influential people to watch in federal politics in 2022.
