In a unanimous ruling published late on Thursday, Panama's Supreme Court annulled the concession allowing Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison Holdings to operate the ports of Balboa and Cristobal at either end of the Panama Canal. The court found the laws underpinning the concession contracts unconstitutional.
