Mauritius is exploring "legal avenues" against Britain over delays in ratifying the Chagos Islands agreement, Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam said Thursday. The deal would transfer sovereignty to Mauritius while leasing the Diego Garcia military base back to the U.K. for 99 years.
