Urmas Hõbepappel

Urmas Hõbepappel is a non-resident research fellow at the ICDS and an analyst at the University of Tartu Asia Centre. His research interests focus on psychological warfare, history and identity politics, nationalism, contacts between Orient and Occident, and Chinese politics and society. He is the co-author of the book The Origins of Estonia-China Relations and has published extensively in Estonian-language media.
