William G. O'Neill
William G. O'Neill is an international human rights lawyer and former United Nations human rights officer who has worked extensively on rule of law, transitional justice, and human rights monitoring in conflict and post-conflict settings. He has served as a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Institute of Peace and taught at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies, focusing on international human rights law and UN peacekeeping operations.
