Paul Wiegert is a Canadian astronomer and professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Western University in London, Ontario. His research focuses on the dynamics of our Solar System, particularly the orbits of minor planets, asteroids, and comets, as well as the gravitational interactions of exoplanets in binary star systems. Wiegert has discovered over 80 minor planets and was part of the team that identified Earth's first known Trojan asteroid, 2010 TK7.
