James Kirkup

James Kirkup is a journalist, who served as the political editor and executive editor at the Daily Telegraph and as a correspondent for The Scotsman and Bloomberg News. He is currently a partner at Apella Advisors and a senior fellow at the think-tank Social Market Foundation.
