William Alan Reinsch

William Alan Reinsch is a senior adviser and Scholl Chair emeritus at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), specializing in international business and trade policy. He previously served as Under Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration during the Clinton administration and spent 15 years as president of the National Foreign Trade Council.
