Zachariah Rutledge

Zachariah Rutledge is an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University. He earned his PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis, focusing on low-skilled immigration in the United States.
