Edward Whelan

Edward Whelan is president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, a conservative Washington think tank, since 2004. A former law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia, he is a prominent legal commentator on judicial nominations and constitutional issues. Whelan frequently writes for National Review Online and testifies before Congress on Supreme Court matters.
