John Yoo

John Yoo is an American legal scholar and former government official. He currently works as the Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at the University of California. He previously served in the George W. Bush administration, where became renowned for his legal opinions on executive power, warrantless wiretapping and the Geneva Conventions.
