Gregory Germain

Gregory Germain is a professor of law at Syracuse University College of Law, where he has worked since 2002. He teaches and conducts research in contracts, taxation, commercial law, bankruptcy and corporate law. He frequently writes publications on matters concerning bankruptcy.
