Mark Osler

Mark Osler is a law professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he holds the Robert and Marion Short Distinguished Chair in Law. A scholar and federal prosecutor, he founded the US' first law school clinic on federal commutations and has been a strong advocate for the use of presidential pardon power.
