Jared Golden

Jared Golden is an American Marine Corps veteran and Democratic politician who has represented Maine’s 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2019. His district—one of the largest and most politically competitive east of the Mississippi River—has repeatedly supported both Donald Trump and Golden via ranked-choice voting, making him a leading centrist voice reflected in his co-chairship of the moderate Blue Dog Coalition.
