Steve Suarez is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where he specializes in income tax matters—particularly mergers & acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment, corporate restructurings, audit management, and tax dispute resolution—serving clients in energy, natural resources, and mining sectors.
