Roland Paris

Roland Paris is a Canadian scholar of international affairs who serves as Director of the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa and holds the University Research Chair in International Security and Governance; he also previously advised the Prime Minister’s Office on foreign and defence policy.
