The Human Rights Campaign Foundation submitted a complaint Thursday to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under the Trump Administration on behalf of four federal employees from the State Department, Health and Human Services, and the Postal Service. These employees would be directly impacted by the policy change to eliminate gender-transition treatment in federal health insurance programs.
